Shipping & Returns

We usually deliver orders within one working day of receiving them, within the Greater London area. Orders for outside of London may take longer. If a product is out of stock then there may be a longer delay. We will notify you if this is the case or if there will be a delay for any other reason.

Please note that your orders may be combined into one box to reduce packaging and help save our environment.

Returns Policy

On receipt of your delivery please immediately check the products to confirm that you are happy with them before signing the invoice and letting the driver go. This will allow the driver to either rectify any mistakes immediately or make us aware of any issues quickly, so that we can sort out any mistakes as soon as possible.

Please note that due to health & safety concerns, we cannot accept the return of food products.
